Contact your doctor: You may well have an infection, likely viral, but hard to pinpoint at this time. The migraines can kick up secondarily but the primary issue seems infectious. Contact your doctor ASAP and get this addressed. If your fever is high, and you start getting delirious, a lumbar puncture is advised.
