Take a break: Osgood Schlatter disease is a process in which the bone is dying off where a muscle and ligament attach below the knee joint due to stress and trauma to that area. You need a break first from sports and secondly if not getting better you may need to consider platelet or stem cell therapy to heal those tissues before getting back to sports.
