Not necessarily: Although the yolk or yellow part of an egg may have almost the total amount of daily requirements for consumed cholesterol, there are many other factors that contribute to your LDL level. Importantly, a lower LDL cholesterol level does not always indicate a lower risk of heart attack and a higher level does not always indicate an increased risk of heart attack.

Depends what else: Contrary to popular belief, it's not the eggs but all of the other fats we eat that have a tendency to raise cholesterol. If you had a diet of mostly eggs but no fats, the cholesterol from the eggs will pass though the body. It's all of the sausage ham bacon that we eat with the eggs that will raise triglyceride and cholesterol levels.
