No: Egg whites do not have saturated fat and do not affect LDL the yolk has about 186 grams of fat so if you do about 3 per week its okay. For a satisfying breakfast do 3 egg whites and a cup of veggies such as spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms. It is low glycemic, low calorie and helps get your 7-9 veggies per day! 1 egg white has only 25 cal!
