Recently my ldl cholesterol jumped 21 point form 6 months ago. i eat one boiled egg every 5 days,. lot of peanuts, &olive oil should i stop the eggs.

Eat more vegetables: Plant sterols found in vegetables can lower ldl. Suggest to increase vegetable intake 4-5 cups daily and fruits 2-3 cups daily and repeat lipid panel in 3-6 months
