Is total hysterectomy required on complex septated ovary cysts? right=12cm left=5cm fibroid=5cm

No: Episodic surgical management of both of these problems can include ovarian cystic resection/biopsy and myomectomy for the fibroid. At age 44 and finished with childbearing, hysterectomy is an option but not required.
