Had a hysterectomy two years ago and they left one ovary which seems to keep developing painful cysts. tried removing ovary but its attached to my bow?

Adhesions: It sounds like you may have developed adhesions. Adhesions are similar to scar tissue within the body, which can make future surgery around the area very difficult. You might consider seeing your doctor to determine if there is any other medical way to treat your ovarian cysts.

Painful ovary: Retained ovarian tissu after hysterectomy is often painful. Having ruled out other causes, laparoscopic surgery can remove the ovary clean from the bowel. This may not be easy. You should consult with an experienced pelvic surgeon.
