This is likely unrelated. Uterine cancer is usually cured with hysterectomy. Surgery deep in the abdomen does put one at risk for adhesions that might bind intestines producing focal pain but cramps would be more likely digestive/gas/food intolerance or other issues. Discuss this at a visit with your doc. An exam along with your history will point the way to other testing or the answer.
