MVP: Mvp is common. The maxim heart rate equation is 220 minus your age. Mvp shouldn't effect your work outs.

Maybe: The usual recommend heart rate during workouts is about 60-70% of your max heart rate. Max hr is 220-age. So at 36. This would be 184. 70% of this is about 130. I don't think your mitral valve prolapse is an issue. You may need to dial the intensity down a bit.
