Exercise: Thirty minutes of aerobic exercise minimum daily with more ok if no severe symtpoms. Light weight training 3 days a week. Start slowly and build up gradually to a program you can maintain for life. The aerobic exercise could be anything you'll actually do, walk, job, treadmill, bike etc. Which machine.....Well if you don't use it its furniture, so whatever you'll actually do...
