Do you have SVT?: It you have supraventricular tachycardia diagnosed cilnically or on holter monitor, there are a variety of ways to approach it -- i used to have it (and mild prolapse on echo) and found that simply staying in really good aerobic shape worked better than meds, as the textbooks confirm. Test rhythm problems: You almost certainly have rhythm problems probably atrial arrhythmias. You will need to see a cardiologist and have holter monitoring, which is usually attaching a recorder to you and storing all the rhythms for analysis later.
