Borderline: The ideal fasting sugar for a diabetic is below 100 and post prandial (1-2 hour after meals) less than 140. Rather than asking for more meds, i recommend significantly reducing intake of processed starch, sugar and sweet fruits and stick to a very low carb diet. Also increase exercise regimen. These will improve your diabetes, fatty liver and fatigue.
