PCOS is Complex: The management of pcos is complex. Note that i did not say treatment but management. There are various presentations to this rather complex disease and depending on what the patient / doctors are shooting for, management can differ. Contraceptive pills help regulate the cycles and also improve hair growth. Metformin is helpful in improving Insulin sensitivity. Significant weight loss is helpful.
