Try to keep victoza (liraglutide): B"sd Metformin is a must. Head to head trials show that basal (long acting) insulin and Victoza (liraglutide) work equally well in lower A1c. Major advantages for Victoza (liraglutide) – lower risk for low blood sugars, weight loss!
