I had a mri to check on my brain more than a year ago, and was told that there was nothing wrong. But it was without contrast. Is a mri without contrast reliable? As Im second guessing what the doctor told me because of other things I have read?

Hi doctors. I'm having a CT scan of the sinuses. The MRI of the brain from December, 2020 found opacification, but no tumor, nor did a visual endoscopy of my sinuses in the office....is it likely that there still may be tumors found on the CT scan?
