Probably not, and a repeat now would not be useful. You do not need to take any special precautions as long as you or your partner have no evidence of an outbreak. It would be significant if a repeat test in a year is substantially higher (on the order of 2.0 or more) but even a persistent equivocal result is not indicative of exposure.
