You should not use antibiotic if there is no evidence of urinary tract infection. You should increase fluid intake 50% for a couple days as a trial. If symptom persists or get worse, then see your doctor for a formal urinalysis. If there is no infection, then you can try azo (phenazopyridine), an OTC drug, which can alleviate the urinary feeling, for a couple days. Urine has red color with this.

Take 3-4 slow deep breaths when urinating and dont hold your urine for too long. This is not due to an infection so no atibiotics are neede,. If not better pl see a Urologist. good luck.
