Unlikely: Uncommon for a man your age to have a complicated urinary tract infection. This may be from a condition called prostatitis. You had stated cystitis glandularis which can be seen with urinary tract infections. It is an inflammatory response in the bladder. Please see your urologist or primary care physician to further diagnose and treat your condition.
