Can you have both low risk and high risk hpv the same time? in late 2018, i was told i had low risk hpv. fast foward to now at 26 years old. i got results of high risk hpv with ascus. last years results, i got lsil. does that mean it regressed?

It is very common to be infected at the same time with two or more types of HPV, which easily can include both low and high risk types. This does not increase your risk of a serious outcome. Your prognosis in regard to cancer is determined more by the Pap result (LSIL, ASCUS, etc) than by HPV risk level -- and LSIL and ASCUS usually are not precancerous.
