Consult with dentist: See your dentist for a complete evaluation. Use dental floss in addition to a enhanced brushing regimen. Evaluate your diet, many beverages such as sports drinks contain large amounts of sugar. Have the dentist place sealants where warranted and floss regularly.

Brushing & Flossing: Great oral hygiene is terrific in helping prevent cavities. However, even the best brusher and flosser will get a cavity. Keep up the good work, and see a local dentist to restore those carious teeth.

Get help: See a Dentist. Have your infections (cavities/gum disease) treated. Have Dentist put you onto an effective oral hygiene program (brushing alone is not enough).
