No, takes more: From what you described, I do not think carious lesions would have formed.

You're OK: If you miss a night or two on rare occurrence, it should not cause you any permanent harm. Of greater concern is 1) No matter how well you brush if you don't floss you're only cleaning 65% of your tooth service, and 2) gum recession signifies overly aggressive brushing, using a hard-bristled t'brush, active gum infection, insufficient dental check-ups, and/or malocclusion.
