I'm 79, my cholesterol numbers are cholesterol, total 214, hdl cholesterol 50 ,triglycerides 115, ldl-cholesterol 141, chol/hdlc ratio 4.3, non hdl cholesterol 164 how bad is this, should i change my diet? thank you?
