I wish I could address this well but there is limited information in your description. Where in the chest? What makes it worse? Any other symptoms- shortness of breath?

Agree with Dr. Romano. A detailed description of the chest pain is essential in the diagnosis of cardiac disease. In the absence of detailed history, all the tests you enumerate are of no use( the numbers are all normal). Please discuss your chest pain with your physician for further guidance. Remember, no single test can replace a physicians judgement.
