2 weeks ago my right arm from the shoulder all the way through the fingers go numb (pins and needles) numerous times a day. whether straight, bent, moving or not moving. its goes numb. pointer finger is numb all the time. goes numb through the day?

Not feasible to pinpoint the source of your issues, as this could be from the neck, into the plexus in the shoulder, or a pinched nerve at the elbow or wrist. An EMG study of the arm and neck can objectify what is occurring. Contact your doctor and discuss what needs to be done regarding your symptoms.
