Sounds: like a "plan" Make sure you have enough fresh fruit and vegetables. You might consider a Multivitamin as well (any "Brand" OTC) since at your age the use of supplements is (by most nutritionists) is a good idea. BTW SET A REALISTIC END POINT and DON'T "OVERSHOOT"! Good Luck and BE WELL Dr Z
