1 month itching on face/scalp now also on body. no rash but few isolated red bumps on arm/leg. face itch most intense. no change in soaps/clothes. no meds. cbc, cmp, bmp tests clear. if cancer, would there be other symptoms? what else could it be?

It could be an allergy, infection etc and you have to be seen to be diagnosed. These are not the usual symptoms of cancer. So pl see your doc or a dermatologist. good luck
