My two year old son has red bumps under his chin and his arm and leg and he itches. he is coughing ,running nose ,fever what could this be?

Mild Virus: This pattern suggests a mild virus with an allergic component (itchy rash). Support the child with fluids, Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the fever, and Benadryl for the itching if it bothers the child enough. If the fever lasts more than 2 days take your son to his doctor to be checked.
