I've broken out with small red/white itchy balls throughout my body, its on my face, chest, arms and legs. please help me out it hurts n itches so bad?

Rash: Possible allergy, although, without seeing a pic and getting more detailed story - it's no more than pure guess. Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25 mg at night and see if it helps. Avoid drying brands of soap (usually bar soap) and hot water (making itching worse). If no better after the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or other symptoms are present or the rash getting worse, see doc.

Balls?: This description is fairly bizarre. I wish i could give you a better shot at diagnosis but with your description i cannot. I'm sorry i can't solve your problem here. You need to see a dermatologist.

?HIVES: Sounds like hives/urticaria, but tough to diagnose rashes over the computer. See derm or your PCP for diagnosis and proper treatment. Good luck.
