Constant itchiness from red bumps for over a month, on hands/arms/thighs/legs (is not getting better, itches everyday), what could it be?

Many possibilities: The only way to find out is to have a doctor look at the rash. If you tried over the counter itch cream and it hasn't cleared this up, it's getting worse and a month has gone by, call to see your doctor.
