After having scalp folliculitis for about 5 years i have started to have significant hair loss. i get temporary relief with oral antibiotics for few days then folliculitis return back again.how can i stop hair loss?

Good treatments for the wrong condition are seldom successful. I would consult a dermatologist & consider a fungal infection as a possibility. Regular antibiotics will not cure scalp fungus.
