: If you have had no symptom(s) then why was the serology test done? I do not agree you need to take chloroquine if you are asymptomatic and by chance you might misunderstand your rheumatologist. To my knowledge, we do not use chloroquine as a prophylactic med for autoimmune disease. Good luck.
