Ana and anti ssa(ro) are positive. anti ds dna/ anti ccp/ c4 /esr are little more than normal range.my rheumatologist said although you have no symptoms but take hydroxychloroquine for2 years to prevent autoimmun disease.should i take medicine?

If you have had no symptom(s) then why was the serology test done? I do not agree you need to take chloroquine if you are asymptomatic and by chance you might misunderstand your rheumatologist. To my knowledge, we do not use chloroquine as a prophylactic med for autoimmune disease. Good luck.
