after i started taking plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) for sle in september my anti-tpo has normalized. however, it hasn't had any effect on my ana and anti-ssa. how come?

On Plaquinil: If it permits a chemical remission it may take a while. Not all antibodies follow the same rules. Watch clinical symptoms and inflammatory markers.

The: ANA levels may differ occasionally from day to day, or lab to lab. Medications of sjogrens or lupus typically will not affect the titer itself. That also applies for your ssa antibody.
