I have come across an article that states a 500mg rocephin shot could possibly kill incubating syphilis (syphilis that has not progressed to primary stage, chancre etc). i know this isnt the recommended treatment, but is this true?

Yes it may but not not universally. That is why it has to be taken for a longer duration. An article, sp on line is just a single view-point and not an authenticated treatment

If i was given a 1-dose rocephin shot and 7-day doxycycline but was not infected with clymydia or gonorrhea and a week later tested positive for trichomonous could this cause a false positive test result for syphilis and/or herpes 1 and 2?
I have a small 0.5 cm red blemish of skin above my anus. Sometimes it looks more bloody, sometimes just a blemish. Dont think it can be a syphilis chancre. It isnt raised and isnt painful - wouldnt know it was there unless I checked. Any ideas?
