I had a receptive msm oral exposure at the end of march. was given 500mg rocephin within 72 hrs and took unexpired doxy from 2021 (100mg 2x 7 days) starting day 10. at 3 weeks am negative for g/cl. are my results accurate? is syphilis a risk?

You may be assured of not having contracted of G/C, however, you are still at potential risk to develop syphilis. It would be prudent to get nontreponemal & treponemal test at 6 weeks of exposure.

There is no possibility of syphilis and no point in testing for it. Either ceftriaxone (Rocephin) or doxycycline alone are 100% effective in preventing syphilis from taking hold. Don't waste the money on testing. Your negative tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia are also conclusive.
