Is it normal to feel your heartbeat even when it's at 68 bpm and i've had all tests holter monitor stress test and echo and bloods and all was normal i also get sob so what could it be?.

Heart: You are a young guy with a normal heart rate. If you have had normal tests, holter, ekg, echo showing no abnormalities maybe its time to looking at your lungs. A proper echo could show you if you have pulmonary hypertension, systolic dysfunction, diastolic dysfunction. If it was normal, your symptoms arising from your heart would be unlikely.
