Heart: You are a young guy with a normal heart rate. If you have had normal tests, holter, ekg, echo showing no abnormalities maybe its time to looking at your lungs. A proper echo could show you if you have pulmonary hypertension, systolic dysfunction, diastolic dysfunction. If it was normal, your symptoms arising from your heart would be unlikely.
