Is it possible to have normal ekg and echocardiogram at rest and abnormal results during a stress test? my echo is normal and 24 hour holter is also normal but shows rare pvcs and pacs. due for stress test because i get more ectopics under stress?

Yes, which is the entire point of the stress test. Rare PVC's and PAC's are not a problem, but if you were to get multiple ones consecutively your heart would not be working efficiently.
