Arrhythmias: Sounds like there's been a pretty big work up already, but your doc is still worried. I'm assuming that lab work including thyroid tests are normal as well. PVC's are usually not dangerous but can be distressing. It may be time to try some medicine to see if they're easier to tolerate. You might also try to eliminate any stimulants, like caffeine and nicotine, and limit alcohol intake, as well.
