What causes a cold feeling in the chest when you exhale from mouth after inhaling from mouth? i've had it tonight and lastnight. doesn't happen during the day. just at night time. i've had it before many times but never known what it is. please help?

This is hard to speculate on. best is to avoid inhaling thru the mouth. If worried pl get checked by your doc/ pulmonologis. good luckt
