If i had a high speed impact at 1.5 meter fall (5 feet) against occipital bone many years ago, and never received medical treatment, could i still have a depressed skull. mri brain volume study in occipital lobe shows atrophy in lateral occipital?

Finding of atrophy of the lateral occipital lobe by MRI does not mean a depressed skull is present. Skull abnormality, if present, will be reported in the radiologist's readings. Take care.
