Headache, neck pain: and depression after TBI. What other symptoms do you have and how quickly do the headaches come on ? Management of headache depends on an accurate headache diagnosis. TBI is hard to evaluate and treat. I find that MRI plays very little role in the work up and management. It might take me 3 hours to fully examine a patient with cognitive complaints. You should consider seeing a TBI specialist.

Traumatic brain : Injury requires special follow up, as depression is a common complaint that can even lead to suicide I'd not co managed by your PCP and neurologist/ psychiatrist. EEG mapping is helpful, trans cranial stimulation. Knowing exactly where the brain injury is, and blood flow studies (Glucose -PET scans may be helpful if severe.) Getting 2nd opinion DO NMM (neuromusculoskeletal) evaluation & acupuncture could help too.
