You have mild to moderate hyponatremia (low serum sodium) which needs to be investigated. Mild dizziness is not a symptom of hyponatremia but it could be caused by the same underlying disease. Medical and social history are very important when dealing a patient with hyponatremia. Good luck.

Dizziness is a non specific symptom which can be caused by many things. These test results are borderline low and may be a variation and are not the cause of dizziness but may be a manifestation of whatever is causing it. Let your doc decide. Good luck
