You have all the typical symptoms of metabolic acidosis and hypokalemia caused by acetazolamide. If treatment needs to be continued, you need alkaline (bicarbonate) and potassium supplement. Please discuss with your primary doctor or better a nephrologist.

The pH is consistent with acidosis probably related to acetazolamide. This is important enough for you to get an evaluation by your doctor. Your symptoms suggest need for an urgent evaluation.
