The normal abdominal CT scan&colonoscopy are helpful but the discomfort you describe raises concern for Crohn's disease in the ileum. However Crohn's disease may be missed by the CT scan. I'd ask the gastroenterologist if he/she visualized the ileum satisfactorily& if the CT showed normal right kidney&ureter. Was a urinalysis OK? If all looked normal, could your discomfort be muscular in origin?
