I have small kidney stones and gallstones , but not currently causing pain or any issues, found them accidentally in my abdominal ultrasound. can i go to disneyland (rollercoaster and such games) on my vacation ? or is it not safe?

With stones it is not possible to predict. You can take a chance knowing that there is a small possibility of getting symptoms. The sfest way is to have them treated first. Good luck
