Stones cause pain: Intermittent upper abdominal pain particularly aggravated by a fatty meal with the pain radiating to the back and right shoulder pain are typical symptoms for gallstones. Not sure how the bowel movements relate although they often closely follow a meal. A confirming test would be a hida scan done in nuclear medicine with cck stimulation. Talk to your dr. About it.
