Unlikely : An ultrasound is very good at distinguishing between gallstones and kidney stones so it is unlikely. Frequent urination, however, is not a symptom of either.

Kidney vs gallbladde: Kidney stones usually cause pain and usually blood in the urine. Diabetes can cause frequent urination and extreme thirst. Talk to your doctor and cut down on suger, sweets, and watch your diet.
