My foot was wrapped for two weeks due to a heel bruise. after the wrapping was removed, part of my foot near the toes makes a snapping noise when walking or raising it tiptoed. accompanied by mild pain if walking a lot. how to get rid of this noise?

Hard to diagnose without exam. Try otc ibuprofen for a few days . It will brobably go away as you use your foot more with walking.
