See doctor: It is not feasible to know the extent of injury without examining you and may be taking an x-ray. If you do not have a doctor, see if your employer has a physician or contract with a hospital for healthcare. As a last resort, go to an emergency room and get care. Wish you good health.

X-rays.: I'd go to an urgent care center or ED and get some X-rays. I wouldn't be surprised if some bone were broken in there.
