When i urinate i have pain in my two middle fingers on my right hand. neither my dr or urologist know why. any ideas?

Finger pain is not known to be a referred pain from the urinary tract so your finger pain can't be explained but work up should still focus on the urinary tract system so I assume you already had some basic tests done such as urinalysis, prostate exam and ultrasound or CT of urinary tract, etc., just to rule out certain structural disease which can cause pain when voiding. There is no known connection between the two. for some symptoms/ things in medicine there is no explanation. If the pain is not too much- observe it for a few weeks and it might go away on its own. Good luck
