Urinary antispasmodi: Have seen this often enough in practice. Cannot explain the reason for the urinary spasms. Since u have already made sure there is no urinary infection request him to possibly try urinary antispasmodics like oxybutynin. Of course your urologist is the one to make the final decision regarding its use.
